Free online image converter: HEIC, SVG, PNG, JPG and WebP
This universal image converter turns HEIC, SVG, PNG, JPG, WebP, GIF and BMP files into JPG, PNG or WebP in bulk. Drop in a mixed folder of images, choose the output format, and every file is converted with its original resolution intact, ready to download one by one or as a single ZIP.
Use JPG for photos that need to open everywhere, PNG for graphics, screenshots and anything that needs transparency, and WebP for the smallest files on websites. Quality and background color are adjustable, so you control the balance between file size and detail.
Which output format should I choose?
- JPG: photos for email, printing services, government forms and older software.
- PNG: logos, screenshots, diagrams and images with transparent backgrounds.
- WebP: images for your own website, typically much smaller than JPG or PNG.
Converted in your browser, never uploaded
Every conversion runs inside your browser. Images are read from your device into memory (RAM), decoded, redrawn on an HTML5 canvas and saved straight to your downloads, so personal photos never touch a server, are never stored and cannot be seen by anyone else. There is no upload wait, no file-count limit and no watermark. Converted files keep their full resolution; camera metadata such as GPS location is not copied into the new file.
Frequently asked questions
Which formats can I convert?
You can add HEIC/HEIF (iPhone photos), SVG, PNG, JPG/JPEG, WebP, GIF and BMP files and convert them to JPG, PNG or WebP. Animated GIFs are converted using their first frame.
Does converting reduce image quality?
Converting to PNG is lossless. JPG and WebP use lossy compression, but at the default 92% quality the difference is invisible at normal viewing size. The pixel dimensions never change, except for SVG, where you choose the output scale.
How many images can I convert at once?
There is no fixed limit. Files are converted one after another on your own device, so the practical limit is your device memory. Large batches of phone photos work fine on a laptop.
