Create a VietQR code for bank transfers

VietQR is the Napas standard for bank-transfer QR codes in Vietnam, built on the international EMVCo QR payment format. When a customer scans a VietQR code with their banking app, the bank, account number, amount and transfer message are filled in automatically, so there are no mistyped account numbers and no missing order references.

This generator builds the complete VietQR payload in your browser, including the required CRC checksum, for Vietcombank, Techcombank, MB, ACB, BIDV, VietinBank, Agribank, TPBank and other major banks. It is a simple way to "tạo mã QR chuyển khoản" for a shop counter, invoices, tuition fees or event payments.

Reusable code or fixed amount?

Leave the amount empty to create a reusable QR code that customers can pay any amount to, which is perfect for a counter sign or a social media profile. Enter an amount and a message to create a code for one specific payment, such as an invoice, a deposit or a course fee.

Your QR data stays on your device

Every QR code is generated entirely in your browser. Bank account numbers, Wi-Fi passwords, contact details and wallet addresses are never sent to a server, logged or stored. The codes are also static: your data is encoded directly in the pattern instead of passing through a tracking redirect, so they keep working permanently, with no subscription that can switch them off and no scan limit.

Frequently asked questions

Which banking apps can scan a VietQR code?

The apps of banks connected to the Napas network support VietQR, which covers the major banks in Vietnam, and many e-wallets can scan it too. Test the code once with your own banking app before printing.

Is it safe to share my VietQR code?

Yes. A VietQR code only contains what is needed to receive money: the bank, the account number and optionally an amount and message. Nobody can withdraw money with it. Generating it here is private too, since your account number never leaves your browser.

Why are the accents removed from my transfer message?

Interbank transfer messages only accept unaccented letters and numbers, so "Thanh toán đơn hàng" becomes "Thanh toan don hang". Some banks also shorten messages longer than 25 characters.

Do I have to enter an amount?

No. Without an amount the code is reusable and the payer types the amount in their app. With an amount, the app fills it in and the payer only needs to confirm.
