PNG, JPG or WebP up to 5 MB. A square logo with transparent background looks best.

Code pixels under the logo are removed and replaced with a clean padded background. Error correction switches to High so the code still scans.

Create a vCard QR code for your business card

A vCard QR code holds your contact details, such as name, phone number, email, company and website, in the vCard 3.0 format that phones understand. When someone scans it, their phone offers to save you as a new contact in one tap, with every field already filled in correctly.

Add it to printed business cards, name badges, conference booths and flyers. Because the information is stored in the code itself, saving the contact works without an internet connection and there is no online profile page that can expire.

Keep your vCard QR easy to scan

  • Fill in only the fields you need: fewer details create a simpler code that scans faster.
  • Write phone numbers in international format, such as +84 912 345 678.
  • Print the code at least 2.5 cm wide on business cards.

Your QR data stays on your device

Every QR code is generated entirely in your browser. Bank account numbers, Wi-Fi passwords, contact details and wallet addresses are never sent to a server, logged or stored. The codes are also static: your data is encoded directly in the pattern instead of passing through a tracking redirect, so they keep working permanently, with no subscription that can switch them off and no scan limit.

Frequently asked questions

What happens when someone scans a vCard QR code?

Their phone shows a preview of your contact details with a button to add you to their contacts. On iPhone and most Android phones this works straight from the camera app.

Can I update my details after printing?

No. A vCard QR code contains the details themselves, so a new phone number needs a new code. That is also why it works offline and never expires.

Should I write my phone number with +84?

Yes, if anyone outside Vietnam might use it. The international format (+84 912 345 678) works everywhere, including for local callers.

Are Vietnamese names with accents supported?

Yes. Names such as "Nguyễn Thị Hương" are stored as UTF-8 text and display correctly on modern iPhone and Android phones.
